Our Bourbon Infused Maple Syrup is currently available! It is aged in a whiskey barrel, which gives it a delicious bourbon flavor. It comes amber rich in our 200ml flask, and is $10.50 online, or, $9.50 at the sugarhouse! Taste testing is available at the sugarhouse. Limited supplies available!

Todd Swimley
Todd is the farm manager. He runs the day to day operations at the sugarhouse.
Terri Patterson
Terri has taken over the office manager position since Linda's retirement in June. Terri has over 30 years experience in all types of bookkeeping & is also a notary.
Mary Lee Zechman
Mary is Richard's sister. She doubles as our Southern PA sales representative and has been a big part of growing the business since Richard started.
Terri & Terry Patterson
Together, they have taken over ownership as the 4th generation and are keeping Richard's legacy alive. Terri offers basic notary services. Please call or contact for details or an appointment.
Sierra Ackley
Sierra has grown up in the maple industry, helping alongside her parents at our farm for many years. If you have an order, call and talk with Sierra!
Maple Storage, Nutrition, and Allergen Information
Syrup Grades
Prior to 2015, each state had a maple syrup grading system of its own. In 2015, the USDA went through the process and developed a uniform grading system. This is now the standard to go by. Please use this chart for conversion from the old PA system to the new US system.
